  1. The term of plans 1&2 is 11 monthly instalments.
  2. Customers have to pay Rs.10000/- or multiples of Rs.10000/- regularly for the period of 11 months. Without fail. After the 11th month tenure, customers will get 1month instalment amount as bonus.
  3. Keep on schedule with monthly payments as per due date.
  4. Monthly instalment amount once chosen cannot be changed.
  5. The plan is not transferable under any circumstances.
  6. Plans once chosen cannot be changed during the commitment period.
  7. Valid identity proof and bank account details are mandatory for enrolment.
  8. The monthly instalments can be paid online or in the particular showroom where the plan started.
  9. The customer shall purchase jewellery within 60 days from the date of completion of the tenure.
  10. 22/24 carat gold coin, pure silver coins purchase is not permissible under this plan.
  11. Other offers or discounts the company offers are not applicable and cannot be mixed together.
  12. Cash refund will not be given under any circumstances.
  13. In case of the death of the customer, the legal heir shall get the benefit of the plan on presentation of the legal heir certificate or relevant legal documents.
  14. The company at its sole discretion can later, amend, modify, add or delete any of the terms and conditions from time to time.
  15. Customers who discontinue the plan before the tenure, for a what-so-ever reason, are not eligible for the free instalment. Customer will get back their payments in the equivalent form of gold ornaments as agreed without benefit.
  16. GST or any other taxes levied by the government are borne by the customers.
  17. All the dispute are handled under Hyderabad jurisdiction only.
  18. All the above are common terms and conditions which apply to all the plans. Please check with the management for additional plan-specific term and conditions.
  19. Customer will be eligible to purchase Gold or Silver ornaments using their scheme balance including bonus.
  20. There will be a lucky draw at the end of every month (all 11 months). All scheme holders who paid instalment amount of that particular month will be eligible to participate in the draw. Draw winner need not to pay remaining instalments.
  21. Draw winner not eligible for any future draws.
  22. After end of 12th month there will be a “Bumper Draw”. All scheme holders who paid all 11 instalments are eligible to participate. Monthly draw winner is not eligible to participate.
